Electronics and custom-built technology
Equipment that does not exist off the shelf: we write the specification, find the manufacturer, approve a sample and take it to series production. For on-site installation we bring in factory engineers.
What we do differently from simple goods
Specification before search
We first fix parameters, connection standards, voltage and operating conditions — and only then look for a manufacturer. That removes the most expensive mistake: "it works, just not with yours".
Certification as part of the order
CE, labelling, declaration of conformity, battery and packaging requirements are agreed before production starts, not after arrival at customs.
Test before shipment
We switch the equipment on at the factory. For systems we check that modules from different manufacturers work together assembled.
Engineers on site
When installation is complex, we arrange for factory engineers to travel. That is how we built a playground complex in Odesa — three engineers from China working alongside Ukrainian ones.
Support after delivery
We stay in touch once the equipment is on site: documents, carrier, insurer, questions for the manufacturer.
Case: four smart homes for a project in Sardinia
Large-format modules from China to Italy — from manufacturer selection to support after arrival.
Kitchens, furniture, plumbing and lighting for such houses are made separately from the module itself. We selected a manufacturer to fit the client’s budget and requirements, agreed the specifications of four modules and assembled the full package from different factories. When one module needed an additional assessment after transport, the team coordinated the survey, documents and communication with the carrier and insurer until fully resolved. The client continued the cooperation.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a manufacturer or an intermediary?
We are an agency with offices in Yiwu and Wenzhou. We do not manufacture — we select factories for the task, control them and are accountable to you for the result. For complex solutions this is often better than a single manufacturer: each module is made by whoever makes it well.
Can I order a single unit or a prototype?
Yes, if the manufacturer agrees to a sample. For electronics and equipment this is standard practice: one unit for approval first, then the series.
Who is responsible for EU certification?
We agree the requirements at the specification stage and check the manufacturer’s documents. If they are missing or doubtful, we commission laboratory testing before shipment.
Do you help with installation?
Yes. Depending on complexity — instructions and video calls with the factory, or factory engineers travelling to your site, as in the Odesa project.
Describe the task
