How a project runs
Specification
We receive a list or a design project, clarify materials, sizes, quantities and the date everything must be on site.
Manufacturers and samples
We select factories per category, request certificates and bring physical samples for approval.
Production under control
We place orders, track timelines and inspect batches at the factory — before they are packed.
Consolidation
We gather goods from all manufacturers at our warehouse in Yiwu, check completeness and build the containers.
Shipping and documents
We arrange dispatch and prepare invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and conformity for EU or Ukrainian customs.
Case: 45 containers for a hotel and restaurant complex
Complete turnkey fit-out of new properties in the Kyiv region.
A private client approached us at the end of November. By early December every order was in production — ahead of Chinese New Year, when factories shut down. Large volume, custom design, tight deadline. The team synchronised production, inspections and container availability. All 45 containers were delivered; across the entire volume only two chairs arrived damaged.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with a single hotel or restaurant, not a chain?
Yes. Minimum quantities depend on the category: tableware and textiles have low thresholds, made-to-order furniture higher ones. We combine categories into one shipment, so even a single property gets a full container instead of a dozen small parcels.
How long from enquiry to goods on site?
As a guide: samples 10–20 days, production 20–35 days, sea freight 35–50 days door to door, rail 18–25. We plan backwards from your opening date and allow for Chinese holidays.
Do the goods comply with EU requirements?
For tableware and kitchen equipment we request food-contact confirmation, for electrical items CE, for textiles composition and certificates on request. If a factory cannot provide documents, we commission testing or find another manufacturer.
Can I see the goods before paying for the batch?
Yes, it is a mandatory step. Physical samples reach you before production starts, and we inspect the finished batch at the factory and send photos and a report before shipment.
