A private client approached China2EU at the end of November. By early December, every order had been placed into production. The project combined major scale, custom design, and an exceptionally tight deadline before China’s holiday period.

The project was completed in full. Across the entire shipment, only two chairs were damaged — most likely during transport or unloading. All other goods arrived without issue and were used to equip the new properties.

China2EU selected the right manufacturer for the client's brief and budget, aligned the specifications of four large-format modules and coordinated the complete route from production in China to delivery in Sardinia.

Kitchens, furniture, sanitaryware and lighting are often produced separately from the module. We selected a manufacturer to match the budget and brief, then helped assemble the complete specification.

When one module required an additional assessment after transport, the team quickly coordinated the inspection, documentation and communication with the carrier and insurer. We stayed involved until the matter was fully resolved.

The major Sardinia project was delivered: four flagship smart homes travelled from production in China to Italy under China2EU coordination. The client continued the partnership, and the team is already supporting the next orders.
A playground for a residential complex complete delivery
A fully bespoke playground designed and delivered from scratch in Odesa.

In 2025, we began work on one of the most complex projects in our practice: creating a fully bespoke children's play complex for a residential development in Odesa.

The playground was developed from scratch around the client's requirements and safety standards.
We selected and visited the best factories capable of manufacturing the required structures. Every structure, play element and design detail was developed individually, without standard factory solutions.
After production, all goods were loaded into containers and shipped by sea to Ukraine.
For the on-site installation, we sent three Chinese engineers who worked alongside Ukrainian engineers to assemble the playground within the residential complex.

By the end of 2025, the bespoke playground had been fully installed and handed over to the client.
