Brass, stainless steel and carbon steel ball valves; full and reduced bore; threaded, flanged and press ends; with lever, gear or actuator.
Gate and globe valves
Cast iron, ductile iron and steel gate and globe valves for water, heating and industrial lines.
Check valves
Swing, lift, wafer and spring check valves to prevent backflow in pumps and pipelines.
Butterfly valves
Wafer and lug butterfly valves with manual, gear or electric/pneumatic actuation.
Valves with actuators
Ball and butterfly valves with pneumatic or electric actuators, limit switches and positioners, supplied assembled and tested as one unit.
Sanitary valves
Stainless steel diaphragm, angle seat and clamp butterfly valves and sanitary pipe fittings for food, beverage and pharmaceutical lines.

How we work
Specification
Medium, pressure class (PN/Class), temperature, size (DN), connection type, body and seal materials, standards required in your market.
Factory selection
We shortlist Wenzhou manufacturers that actually produce the valve type you need, and visit them: machining, casting sources, test benches.
Samples and documents
Samples for approval; material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 on request); declarations and approvals for your market — PED 2014/68/EU where applicable, drinking-water approvals where required.
Testing before shipment
Shell and seat leak tests on the production batch (e.g. EN 12266-1 / API 598 as agreed), marking, dimensions and packing checked before loading.
Delivery
Consolidation with other goods, export documents and shipping by sea, rail or air to your warehouse.

Hundreds of valve factories, foundries and machining shops are concentrated around Wenzhou, so parts, castings and test equipment are close at hand. The difference between factories is large — which is why we visit, compare and test instead of buying from a catalogue.

What is the minimum order?
It depends on the valve type, size and branding. Standard brass ball valves are often available in smaller quantities; custom bodies, materials or private-label marking need larger batches. We confirm MOQ with the factory after the specification.
Can the valves carry our brand?
Yes. Body marking, handles in your colour, packaging and labels can be produced under your brand. The marking must still state the data required by the standards of your market.
Who is responsible for certification for the EU?
The importer who places the product on the EU market. We help collect the documents, test reports and declarations from the factory and check that they match the actual product before shipment.
Have you already supplied valves?
Valves are a new direction for us. We work with manufacturers we know in Wenzhou and apply the same process as in our other projects: factory audit, samples, inspection and testing before shipment.
