Our commission ranges from 5% to 8% and depends on the complexity of the project, product category, number of suppliers, and scope of work. For large orders, we offer individual terms — the greater the purchase volume, the lower the commission percentage may be.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
It depends on the product. The minimum order quantity is set by the factory and may vary depending on the product category, logo application, packaging, and other requirements. We always confirm the MOQ individually for each request.
How is the delivery of goods arranged?
We deliver goods by: • air (7–15 days), • sea (up to 45 days), • rail (from 45 days). We will help you choose the optimal delivery method. The exact cost and timeframe are calculated individually based on the destination country, weight, and cargo volume.
Can I order samples before the main batch?
Yes, of course. Before placing the main order, we can arrange samples from the manufacturer so that you can assess their quality and compliance with your requirements. If everything is suitable, we proceed with the main batch order.
How are small batches of goods delivered?
For small batches, we offer delivery through trusted cargo services to Ukraine and EU countries. Your goods do not occupy a separate container — they are transported together with other clients’ cargo, which significantly reduces the delivery cost for small batches.
Can I work directly with factories without your services?
In theory, this is possible. However, factories generally do not arrange logistics to your country, perform independent quality control, or resolve disputes in the event of defects. We help find the best manufacturers, inspect goods before shipment, monitor production, and represent your interests in negotiations with the factory.
How is product quality checked before shipment?
Our representative personally visits factories, checks samples, monitors the production process, and inspects the goods before shipment.
What should I do if the goods were damaged during delivery?
Before shipment, we always document the condition of the goods with photos and video. If damage occurs during delivery, we help determine the cause, negotiate with the factory or carrier, and support the resolution process regarding product replacement or compensation.
