The usual way of working with China looks like this: you send an enquiry, the agent sends a price, you pay a deposit and wait for photos of the finished goods. You never see the factories, you never hear the negotiations, and the agent keeps you at arm's length — just in case you decide to go direct.
We offer something different. Whether you have worked with China for years or are preparing your very first order, you can count on China2EU not only as a supplier but as a partner. And even more: as your own team in China.
Our office is your office
China2EU has been working in China for more than 12 years. Our offices are in Yiwu — home of the world's largest wholesale market for small commodities — and in Wenzhou, one of the main industrial centres of Zhejiang province. Over these years we have handled projects ranging from a single product to 45 containers for hotel properties.
If you want to see everything with your own eyes, send your own person to China. They will work with us in the same office, at the next desk — and you can treat this office as your own.

We are not afraid that a client will see how we work. On the contrary — we want them to see it. Trust built on facts rather than promises is the best foundation for a long partnership.

Send your person — we take care of the rest
It can be a purchasing manager, an engineer, a technologist, a designer or the business owner. From the moment you decide who is going, we are there at every step.
Before the trip
- Visa invitation. We provide an official invitation from our Chinese company for a business (M) visa and help you prepare the documents.
- Trip plan. Together we decide which factories, markets and trade fairs are worth seeing for your specific tasks.
- Housing. We find an apartment or hotel close to the office — to fit your budget and length of stay.
Citizens of many EU countries can currently enter China visa-free for up to 30 days (as of October 2026, until the end of 2026). Citizens of Ukraine need a visa. For longer or regular trips, a business M visa issued on the invitation of a Chinese company is more convenient — and we provide that invitation.
After arrival
- First days. We meet your colleague and help them settle in and find their way around the city.
- Phone and payments. A local SIM card, WeChat and Alipay — without them it is hard to pay even for a coffee or a taxi in China. We help set everything up on day one.
- Registration. Foreigners in China must register their place of stay within 24 hours of arrival. Hotels do this automatically; if your colleague stays in an apartment, we help with the registration.
- Everyday life. Where to eat, how to get around, where to turn if something happens — your colleague will not be left alone in an unfamiliar country.
Work
- Desk. A workplace in our office in Yiwu or Wenzhou, internet, printer, meeting room.
- Interpreter. For meetings, negotiations and trips.
- Factories, markets and trade fairs. Your colleague visits production sites, the Yiwu market and trade fairs together with our managers.
- Quality control. Sample checks, batch acceptance and container loading — all seen first-hand.
And countless small things that will not fit into any list: from tips on negotiating with a Chinese factory to finding a doctor who speaks English.

What it costs
For our clients, the desk in our office and the support are free of charge. It is part of working together: you order through China2EU, and we give your person everything they need to work effectively. You only cover accommodation and your colleague's personal expenses.
Why we do it
Because it benefits both sides:
- Your colleague understands the market faster — so you make decisions faster and more accurately.
- Fewer emails and misunderstandings: your person sits next to our team.
- You see how we work and trust facts, not promises.
- A long-term partnership is worth more to us than a single order.

Who it is for
- Companies entering China for the first time that want their person to learn in practice, not from hearsay.
- Experienced importers who need a permanent presence in China without opening their own representative office.
- Large projects with many factories — hotel and restaurant fit-outs, equipment, construction.
- Anyone who wants to control quality on site before shipment.
Opening your own representative office in China means registering a company, renting premises, hiring staff and months of preparation. With us, your person can start working within the first days after arrival.

How to start
- Tell us who is coming, for how long and with what tasks.
- We draw up a trip plan and prepare the visa invitation.
- We find housing and prepare a desk in our office.
- We meet your colleague — and start working together.
Whether this is your first encounter with China or your hundredth container, we want to be more than a supplier for you — a partner and a team on the ground.
